일식을 하고 있지만, 중식, 한식에도 관심이 많아요. 집밥같은 식당을 하고 싶죠.
요즘 아이들은 생선을 안 먹잖아요. 급식 때 가시 째 나오는 생선을 먹지 않는데 엄마가 가시를 발라 집에서 주던 밥상이 아니기 때문인 거 같아요. 저는 좋은 해산물을 가정으로 보내고 싶어요.
가족은 힘이 들 때 가장 힘이 되는 곳이잖아요.
저는 다시 태어나도 요리사가 될 거에요. 즐거운 마음, 사랑하는 마음으로 음식으로 소통하고, 돕고, 배우고 싶어요.
I am cooking Japanese cuisine, but I am also interested in Chinese and Korean food. I want to make a restaurant which serves food like our mothers make.
Nowadays children don’t eat fish. I think this is because it is not a meal that their mothers remove fish thorns with love. I want to send good fish to people’s home.
When you feel it is hard to live, family is the one that gives you the strength.
I will be a chef again if I born again. With joy and loving heart, I want to communicate, to help, to learn through food.
